IN THE MATTER OF THE ONTARIO HUMAN RIGHTS CODE

IN THE MATTER OF THE COMPLAINT OF MS. JUDY BELROSE OF 
BRAMPTON, ONTARIO ALLEGING DISCRIMINATION IN EMPLOYMENT 
BY NATIONAL GENERAL FILTERS LIMITED, 100 RUTHERFORD 
ROAD, BRAMPTON, ONTARIO. 



DECISION 



On the 11th day of December, 1980, I was appointed a Board 
of Inquiry by the Minister of Labour to enquire into the 
complaint made by Ms. Judy Belrose that she was discriminated 
against in her employment because of her sex contrary to Section 
4(l)(g) of the Ontario Human Rights Code . 

On March 13, 1981, I was informed by the Commission that the 
complainant had indicated, in writing, that she had arrived at a 
satisfactory agreement with her employer, the respondent company, 
and that she wished no further action in this matter to be 
undertaken.

Rights Code in relation to the complaint in question.
